You bring your own table, and your products/service to 16 Jersey Ave. Metuchen, NJ on the selected date by 11AM. 6 ft tables and chairs are available for rent for the vendors that are selected.

We will work together to advertise the event via Eventbrite, socials, and physical lawn signs ensuring foot traffic to our space.

We work together to create content of YOU and your business doing what you do best! Creating new customers and relationships, without having to have your own physical location!

Then, we pack up at the end of the night and prepare to do it all over again the next month!

Here's how it works:

  • $95 - One indoor vendor space 6ft x 6ft | outdoor food truck

  • $175 - Indoor double vendor space 6ft x 12ft

The Studio Ligaya is excited for you to participate in our vendor event! Please be sure to read this agreement in it's entirety.


SCHEDULE:

Set- up: 10:30am-12pm

Event Hours: 12-4pm

Breakdown: 4-5pm

SOCIAL MEDIA EXPECTATIONS:

Re-sharing of posts and stories and event promotions are required.

RULES, REGULATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

This event is rain or shine as it will be held primarily indoors. 

Safe and professional behavior must be exhibited at all times. We reserve the right to remove any vendor, without a refund who is behaving unprofessionally, inappropriately or illegally at our discretion.

Outdoor Food vendors are responsible for submitting an APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT to the Metuchen Borough at least 2 weeks prior to this event. Open flames are NOT permitted indoors!

All vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, linens, and chairs unless otherwise indicated.

Vendors are responsible for their own set up, keeping their area clear and safe during show hours including breakdown and clean up after the event.

Demonstrations, raffles and samples are encouraged. 

NOTE: All spaces must be pre-paid. Kindly book your space at your earliest convenience. Please send your total payment via Zelle to TiffanyJoy@TheStudioLigaya.com.

Your payment will be immediately returned if you are not accepted. Participation is not guaranteed until formal confirmation from The Studio Ligaya is received. Vendor fee payments are final are non-refundable after acceptance.
