  • How do I check if my date is available?

    You may check availability on our event calendar however the best way to confirm availability is to submit the form at https://thestudioligaya.com/venue

  • How do I secure my date?

    When ready, we require a $250 security that serves as a guarantee for both parties involved.

    The deposit will be promptly refunded after the event, provided that the venue is left in the same condition as it was initially rented.

    We offer clients the option to apply the $250 deposit towards a post-event cleaning service designed to make the aftermath of your event hassle-free and leave the venue in the same pristine condition as when you arrived.

  • How do I schedule a tour of the venue?

    We encourage all potential clients to set up a virtual or in-person. Send the request here

  • When is rental fee payment due?

    Rental Fees for any hourly reservations under 4 hours are due immediately up front.

    For other reservations, full rental fees may be submitted no later than 14 days from your event date.

  • Are tables and chairs included?

    We currently have 2- 4ft folding tables, 4 -6ft banquet tables, 11 - 60in round tables and 90 folding chairs.

    Linens and chair covers may be provided at an additional cost.

  • What is the capacity?

    Capacity limits in the hall area in terms of seating at 60in round tables.
    · Up to 64 seats with a dance floor
    · Up to 104 seats without a dance floor

    Full capacity of venue is up to 200

  • Is set up and clean up time included?

    Set up and cleaning time is factored into your 6 hour orfull day rental. Any additional time may be requested at +$150/hour.

  • What about parking?

    160 Durham Ave has an on-site parking lot with ~100 parking spaces. There is also additional street parking located on Jersey Avenue

  • How big is the full venue?

    The Studio Ligaya is 3,850 sqft total.

  • Are we allowed to bring outside food? Drinks?

    Yes. The Studio Ligaya does not offer on-site catering service. However, we have a list of vendors we know and love and would be happy to refer to you!
