The Cozy Venue: Seats up to 40 guests in the front half of the venue.

The Dream Venue: Seats up to 130 guests or accommodates up to 225 auditorium-style.

All rentals include access to:

Tables and chairs (up to 100 people), Parking for 100+ vehicles, Two ADA-compliant restrooms with baby changing tables, On-site appliances such as a commercial refrigerator, freezer, microwaves, and garment steamer

Yes, we share an on-site parking lot for about 100 vehicles, along with additional street parking on both sides of Jersey Ave.

Absolutely. Our venue is at street level with ADA-compliant restrooms and plenty of space for easy navigation.

Yes! We are a BYOB-friendly venue, allowing beer and wine. Hard alcohol is permitted with proof of Event Liability Insurance. Off-site catering is welcome, and clients are responsible for coordinating food deliveries and setup.

Yes, we offer customizable event planning services, including: Vendor coordination, Floor plans and agendas, On-site support for setup, food service, and more (available as add-ons).

Schedule a tour (in-person or virtual) and secure your date with a deposit.

To maintain a safe and welcoming environment:

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Alcohol is restricted to beer and wine unless liability insurance is provided.

Decorations must use wall-safe adhesives like command strips.

Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

All payments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your event within 12 months of the original date without additional fees, subject to availability.
