Welcome to the Ligaya Monthly Pop-up Markets, where community and creativity come together to support incredible women-owned businesses. Join us every first Sunday of the month at The Studio Ligaya, Metuchen, NJ, to shop, connect, and celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit of women.
Event Dates: First Sunday of every month, starting February 2025.
Location: The Studio Ligaya, 16 Jersey Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840.
Time: 11 AM – 4 PM.
Rain or Shine: The event is held primarily indoors
Vendor Opportunities:
We’re seeking women entrepreneurs and small business owners to showcase their talents, services, and products at our monthly pop-ups.
Vendor Fees:
$95 for a 6x6 space.
$105 for food vendors (Metuchen Borough permit required).
$180 for a 6x12 space
Furniture Rentals (while supplies last):
$10 per 6ft tables
$3 per chair

Rules, Regulations & Requirements:
This event is rain or shine as it will be held primarily indoors. Safe and professional behavior must be exhibited at all times. We reserve the right to remove any vendor, without a refund who is behaving unprofessionally, inappropriately or illegally at our discretion.
All food vendors must complete the a Temp Food Establishment Application for each scheduled date: https://www.downtownmetuchen.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Temporary-Food-License-Application.pdf
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own 6ft table, linens, and chairs unless otherwise indicated. Vendors are responsible for their own set up, keeping their area clear and safe during show hours including breakdown and clean up after the event. Demonstrations, raffles and samples are encouraged.

Your payment will be immediately returned if you are not accepted.
Participation is not guaranteed until formal confirmation from The Studio Ligaya is received. Vendor fee payments are final are non-refundable after acceptance.
